We carefully select wines from both boutique producers and renowned wineries in the Penedès because they share the same values as our cuisine: respect for the land, authenticity, sustainability and a passion for quality. Our goal is to create perfect harmony between every wine and every dish. A crisp, mineral white enhances the delicacy of freshly prepared fish; a sparkling Penedès wine brings freshness to seafood; a rosé beautifully accompanies our signature rice dishes, while an elegant red is the ideal partner for richer, more intense flavours.
