Essences of Sitges, the gastronomic legacy of a town shaped by sea and fire

 And here it is!

The Gastronomic Society of Sitges presents its new recipe book to celebrate its 20th anniversary: “Essences of Sitges, the gastronomic legacy of a town shaped by sea and fire.”

We are truly delighted to be part of this project with our salt-baked sea bream recipe, alongside other iconic establishments from the town.

In addition, this December the Society was recognised by the Michelin Guide as a singular gastronomic space, honouring its work in preserving traditional cuisine. Congratulations!

Thank you, Josep, for including us in this special project that strengthens our bond with the territory.

We would also like to wish you a Happy New Year 2026 and remind you that tomorrow, The Three Kings Festivity Day, we will be open at lunchtime.

This month we will be closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
