Recently, in the basement of the dining room, a wine press from the 18th century aproximatelly, it has been found and restored, it is a vestige of the old neighborhood of the coopers of the riverbank. At the beginning of the 19th century, this industry disappeared and in its place many of the summer houses of the well-to-do families of Barcelona were built.
