This afternoon the jury of experts visited us to evaluate the "orange sole" dish presented on the occasion of the 2nd edition of the Women's Gastronomic Talent competition at the Dona festival. This is a recovered recipe prepared by Leopoldo Martí 50 years ago.

The jury, made up of Trinitat Gilbert, Vinyet Capdet and Oriol Castro, will tour the different competing restaurants and the announcement of the winners and awarding of prizes will take place on site during the awarding gala that will be held on Thursday 7 September at 7pm in the Auditorium of the Prado Casino with the presence of Ada Parellada i Garrell, Catalan chef known for running the Barcelona restaurant Semproniana and for her presence in the media in promoting good eating habits and food sovereignty.
